Burial Vaults

There are no state or local laws that require the use of a burial vault or outside burial recepticle.  However, an outer enclosure is require by the cemetery.  The purpose of a burial vault is to maintain the grave and protect the casket.  A burial vault is specifically designed to withstand the weight of the heavy equipment used in the cemetery and burial vaults do not allow the entrence of water.  Grave liners, similar to burial vaults, will meet the cemetery's requirements but do not offer the protection of a burial vault.  Our prices range from $850 to $3995.
