Canandaigua: July 28, 2009. Age 85. Predeceased by his wife Wanda of 62 years. Survived by sons J. Michael (Judith) and Tom A. Farrar, grandchildren; Todd (Elizabeth), Lauryn and Britney Farrar, Kelly Wilder and Jenifer (Nick) Johnson.
Born in Allen, NB, 2/11/24 and moved to Mt. Carmel, IL at an early age where he graduated high school. Graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1948. Started his professional career with Kodak in Rochester, IBM (CO) and Celanese (SC). Consulted internationally in the photographic and plastics businesses. Always called Canandaigua home where he and Wanda retired.
Private graveside family gathering/service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charitable organization of your choice in Harold’s name.
