Marion Luffman

MARION GRAMMA LUFFMAN

CANANDAIGUA: Marion Luffman, 90, of Monks Road, died peacefully October 27, 2010 at her home.

Marion was born in Oswego, Montana on July 15, 1920 to the late William and Jennie Baldwin. She and her late husband Ernest owned and operated their farm on Monks road for many years. Gramma was a member of the Cheshire Community Church.

The widow of Ernest Luffman, who died in 1986, survivors include her children Charles (Peggy) Luffman, Seneca Falls, MaryAnn Ramsey, Proctorville, OH, Jackie McCullough, Henrietta, Ester (Davi) Henley, Rio Rancho, NM and Betty (Bill) Garman, Canandaigua; her daughter-in-law Emma Luffman, Canandaigua; 20 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son Jim in 2000.

Friends may call at the Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua, Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. where funeral services will follow visitation at 2 o'clock. Pastor Kevin Cotter will officiate. Burial will be in Academy Cemetery. The family has suggested that contributions in Gramma's memory be directed to Ontario Yates Hospice, 756 Preemption Road, Geneva, NY 14456 or to the Cheshire Volunteer Fire Department.
