Alisa M. Phillips, 39, passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2010 at F.F. Thompson Hospital.
She is survived by her husband John, three sons; Mike, Brad and Jeff, her mother Sue Hitt, sister Janna (Matt) King, nephews; Matt and Nick King, and niece Cassidy King. Alisa was a Registered Nurse at Canandaigua Medical Group and nursing was her life’s passion. She will be missed by all.
A celebration of her life is being planned for a later date. A donation in Alisa’s memory can be made to Happy Tails Animal Shelter 2976 County Road 48 Canandaigua, NY 14424.
